Express Delivery
For those who need their fan sooner, we offer express shipping to most destinations. Express orders are prioritized for processing and shipped via air courier service:

Order Processing
All orders are processed from our distribution center within 1-2 business days. During peak periods such as holidays, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at teamhelp@paulalucy.com.
International Orders
We proudly ship to customers worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for information about potential charges before placing an order. All international shipments include proper documentation to facilitate customs clearance.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery progress. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.
Delivery Issues
In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local postal service before contacting us. We will do our best to help resolve any delivery issues.
